Omigosh, who's glad it's Friday? Well, I have no idea where the week went but I can tell you it's been quite productive apart from losing my filters on my Excel journal. Weird but true. Have you got any funny stories to tell me?
I have one for you. So, yesterday, you know how they say things happen in 'threes'? Well here's what happened to me.
1. First thing in the morning, the Hubster brings me tea. (No you can't have him.) So, there I was, in bed, drinking my tea and watching an Instagram fundi talking about how to be clever on Instagram when I looked up to see Beetle (the mini-Alsatian) coming at me at full speed! He jumped on the bed, straight into me and my tea ended up EVERY where. In my hair, down my cleavage, dripping out of my ears... Luckily I thought it was funny so I laughed and then had to get up and get all the wet pj's off.
2. In the shower, post tea episode, I was scrubbing my nails, completely forgetting that I'd just taken a plaster off from last night's vege-chopping and then finger-chopping incident, and I scrubbed the cut open. This time I did not laugh but I might have cried a little.
3. In the garden after brekkie, we (the dogs, the Hubster and I) were standing around chatting (yes, I chat with my dogs) and suddenly I noticed a weird sensation - warmness dripping through my toes. And that was because Dennis (the Mutare SPCA foxy) had PEED on my damn foot!! Can you believe it? I think he thought he was aiming for the pile of leaves right next to my ankle but there you go.
Luckily that was it for the 'happening in threes'. Flip.
So, for today's African Apothecary product, I wanted to introduce you to the 100ml travel bottles that Katie has introduced. Now you can travel on a plane with your African Apothecary products which is very exciting. Or you can just take some body lotion in your bag which is not quite as exciting, but still pretty cool.
You can get the bottles in spray or pump action and they are USD 3.00 each.
I'm very pleased with my video (which shows some Blossom Cream being put into a Travel Bottle) and I hope you enjoy it.
Also, I must tell you that Katie's annual Christmas party has been set for Saturday 26th October. It's gonna be awesome!
I'll be going to the party, so if you need a lift to Harare, please get in touch.
Hope you have a super weekend.
So much love,
Kir
