I’ve got one for you! A couple of days ago I won a free coaching session with one of the anti-diet dietitians I follow on Instagram! How cool is that?? I haven’t taken it up yet but I’m soooo excited about it. I’m so excited also about the anti-diet movement because it focuses on health as opposed to weight. And did you know that weight does not equal health? Just thought I’d put that out there for you to think about.

Today I'd like to talk to you about Marula Eye Cream. A great product for crow's feet!

Apply it across the brow and under the eyes. Not near your tear ducts though of course. The Marula oil will moisturise, the Cypress is a vaso-constrictor so helps shrink the capillaries.. good for puffy eyes and dark circles too.

I need this at the mo coz I’m not sleeping all that well (due to my own lack of discipline with my puppies, but that’s a chat for another day!) and I have seriously dark rings!
